What is Corporate let?
Corporate let is a strategy where we lease your property. We then let it out to carefully vetted professional occupants and handle all day-to-day management. You receive a fixed monthly rent—regardless of occupancy.

Is this legal?
Yes, this is fully legal when done properly. We use compliant corporate let agreements and ensure all the required licenses, insurances, and permissions are in place.
Property Management

Who looks after maintenance?
We cover regular cleaning and take care of minor maintenance. For major structural issues (e.g. roof, boiler), the landlord usually remains responsible, but we handle as much as possible to keep things stress and hassle free.

How do you protect my property?
We conduct regular inspections, maintain high standards, and only house well-vetted, responsible tenants. We treat your property with care and respect.
Can I visit the property?
Absolutely. We encourage transparency and can arrange visits or share regular video updates to give you peace of mind.
Agreements & Flexibility

How long are your contracts?
We offer flexible lease terms preferably from 3 to 5 years, depending on your needs. Longer contracts provide landlords with even greater stability.
What types of properties do you take on?
We typically work with 2–6 bedroom houses or flats in good condition, in areas with solid tenant demand. If you're unsure, just ask. We offer free property assessments. Contact us today.
Payments & Costs

How does guaranteed rent work?
You get a fixed rent every month, on time, even if the property is vacant. We take on the financial responsibility of finding and managing tenants.

Are there any fees or commissions?
No. We are not a letting agent. There are no management fees or hidden costs. The rent we agree is the rent you receive.

Who pays for bills and council tax?
We do. We take care of utilities, council tax, and routine running costs.
What about Renters Reform bill?
We agree on a Company Lease, not an AST, so the Renters Reform Bill doesn’t apply. If rent isn’t paid or issues arise, you can ask us to leave, no lengthly eviction or restrictions, offering landlords more peace of mind. That said, we've never had to be asked, we always work collaboratively for a win-win outcome.
